Service Description

Format of session: 2 min poses x 20 min, 5 min poses x 20 min, 7 min poses x 21 min, 10 min poses x 20 min. Long break for 15 min. After the long break we will shift gear to longer poses starting with one 20 min pose followed by a single pose for the remainding 1 hour of the session. Fee is $25. Pay by Venmo, PayPal or cash during long break. Coffee, tea and snacks provided!
